How work happens
What a normal day or week looks like—from the routine tasks to the decisions only experience can teach.
We're two entrepreneurs and technologists meeting the people behind local businesses. We want to understand how work really gets done, what makes it difficult, and where better approaches might make a difference.
No pitch. No product demo. Just an honest conversation.
Learning from the people who keep products and businesses moving.
We believe the best starting point for useful innovation is a real conversation with someone doing the work. We may explore building a business based on what we learn, but we are not bringing a product or solution to sell.
What a normal day or week looks like—from the routine tasks to the decisions only experience can teach.
Recurring surprises, bottlenecks, rework and frustrations that cost time, money or peace of mind.
The systems, workarounds and improvements that have helped, as well as the gaps that remain.
We know your time is valuable. We'll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and keep the conversation practical and respectful.
We share a little about our backgrounds and why we're curious about your industry.
We ask about your work, operational challenges and the problems you wish were easier to solve. No sensitive numbers or documents are required.
We may take notes with your permission. We won't publish company-identifying details or attribute quotes without asking first.
We bring hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, engineering, sales and operations—and a genuine interest in how different industries work.
